The primary mission of the Yale Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program is to train houseofficers to attain the knowledge, skills and attitudes to become excellent physicians able to care for patients across the age span.
This website provides information about the goals and specific learning opportunities of our program as well as the application process. You are welcome to contact our residency office if you need any additional information or if you have any specific questions.
Our Yale Combined Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program offers a 4-year training track that leads to eligibility for both the internal medicine and pediatrics certifying exams.
Our interview days occur in November, December and January each year. Once an ERAS application has been approved by the Programs' Intern Selection Committee (ISC), invitations are sent.
