barbara.wanciak@yale.edu - Heather Russell Milici is the Resident Physician Administrative Coordinator for the Yale New Haven Hospital Housestaff Office (HSO). The HSO is located across the street from Yale-New Haven Hospital (YNHH) on the second floor in Tompkins 209. Internal Medicine Traditional and Combined Medicine Pediatrics residents may contact the Housestaff Office of YNHH for questions regarding payroll, human resource questions, white coats and any other hospital-related administrative issues. heather.russell-milici@ynhh.org - Janene Pahoulis is the Registrar of Yale Internal Medicine Residency Programs. Her office is located at the Yale School of Medicine, FMP 101. Janene is responsible for all our current resident files, alumni resident files (1986 to present) and our resident database for all three of our Yale Internal Medicine Residency Programs. You may contact Janene for residency training verifications from 1986 to present, to process resident loan deferments, to process resident stipend reimbursements, request letters verifying resident employment and salary and general information about our residents.
