Pre-Interview Day Activities
The Combined Medicine-Pediatrics offers applicants the opportunity to observe and participate in several activities in both internal medicine and pediatrics the day prior to interviews. It is strongly suggested that you attend the second part of the day which is our trip to the Med/Peds clinic at St. Mary’s Hospital for a tour and a meeting with our Program Director. There is also a dinner with residents at 6:30 pm.
What’s the Interview Day Like?
The day includes an overview of the program, lunch with the housestaff, two interviews and a tour of the Yale New Haven Hospital. The day usually ends by 3:00 pm.
